  3. Wizards Academy Arcane Beginnings
  4. Go to the line that says JVM arguments
  5. The first bit of text (-Xmx[number]m) is what you will change.
  6. I use 4 gigabytes and I would suggest that to anyone
    1. Change the number to 4 and the, m to a g. This means that you will allow 4 gigabytes.
      -Xmx3072m -Xms256m -XX:PermSize=256m -Dminecraft.applet.TargetDirectory="C:\Users\[MY NAME]\Documents\Curse\Minecraft\Instances\Wizards Academy Arcane Beginings" -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true -Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Duser.language=en

Have Issues?
Double check this list and make sure you have done everything properly. If you have then contacted someone on discord and they might be able to help you through your issue.

  • Launch the pack multiple times, it takes me on average 4 attempts for it to fully open
  • Give it time. It is a lot of mods, it will take a while to load.
  • Double check that it is the right pack
  • If you have allocated more RAM relaunch both the twitch launcher and Minecraft
  • Take out any pack modifications
  • Enable the output log and look at the last error. If it says it has run out of memory, either reopen or allocate more RAM.
  • Close everything else
